Meet Andrea Ransom

Andrea Ransom is passionate about communities, neighborhoods, and connection. She loves serving her clients to support them with their mortgage needs when buying new homes, investing in real estate, and establishing roots in places they love.

Andrea began her mortgage career in 1998, when she started as an office admin for a busy mortgage brokerage. During that time she learned all about the mortgage business and became a loan processor for over ten years. Today, her processing background gives her a thorough knowledge and understanding of loans. She combines her passion for serving and connection, with her knowledge and experience to provide a unique approach to lending.

With a master’s degree in counseling, and an author of the book, Community: 101 Ways to Be of Service and Create Community, Andrea is your partner in lending.

Personally, Andrea resides in Denver with her husband, Rob, two boys, and 90 pound mini-bernedoodle.
